Neon
Neon in the window, letters on the fascia
A window can take a small neon. The street usually wants letters you can read from the road. They are different pieces, and both can be on one job.

What has to read from the street
The fascia or the blade is the sign people see from the road. Nobs is a script on the fascia. Cinnabon is a blade. Both are built to be read at a distance, and both are wired on install.
What belongs in the window
A small neon, like the cup in the Cinnabon window, is a closer read. It does not replace the blade. It marks the glass once you are already at the door.
Tell us which of the two you need. If you need both, they are one job with two pieces, not two studios.
Both need power
Illuminated letters and neon both need an electrical connection. That work is in the install quote. An unlit letter does not get a cable added for show.
