What to send before we draw a sign

A logo file and the words “about this big” are not a brief. Send the wall, the width, the city, and when it has to be up.

Illuminated LUMEN letters above a shop entrance, with a ladder still in front of the doors.

A photo of the wall

Send a straight-on photo of the fascia, the glass, or the interior wall. Include something for scale if you can: a door, a person, a tile.

We draw to that surface. A logo on a white background does not tell us where the fixings go.

Width, city, and deadline

Tell us the width you want, or the width the wall will allow. Say the city. Say the date the shop needs to open, not a vague “soon”.

A neon logo and a full shopfront are different jobs. The date in the quote follows the material and whether we install.

What you get back

A drawing and a quote. The quote names the install if we are coming to site: scaffolding, electrical work where the sign is lit, and fitting. If you are mounting it yourself, it names the template and the fixings instead.
